Contract for Palm Resort
Mr.
Mohamed Khalaf Al Habtoor, CEO of “Al Habtoor Group” and “Khatib and Alami
Consolidated Engineering Company” signed the contract for the development of the
newest addition to Habtoor Hotels portfolio on the Palm Jumeirah Crescent,
signaling the Company’s continued move up-market, following the very successful
launch of its Beirut and Jumeirah Beach properties under the Habtoor brand.
This new 5 Star luxury resort and Spa will feature 250 rooms and suites along
with exclusive apartments and villas, with spectacular views of Dubai and the
Palm, with an expected investment of over half a billion dirhams.
The event and conference facilities featuring the latest in technology, combined
with the unparalleled rejuvenation Spa and extensive leisure facilities will
ensure guests the ultimate experience.

Mr.
Khalaf Al Habtoor, Chairman of the Al Habtoor
Group, offered his best wishes and moral
support to Emirates International School
student Hibar Soegiyono, who was recently
accepted by Stanford University in California
USA as a participant in the People to People
Leadership Summit.
Mr. Khalaf Al Habtoor oversees the Al Habtoor
Group of Companies, which includes EIS. Mr. Al
Habtoor met with Hibar and offered his moral
support and endorsement for his upcoming trip
to the United States.
A strong supporter of education who has
founded two schools in the UAE and who takes a
keen personal interest in the education and
development of the children of the UAE, Mr. Al
Habtoor was delighted to meet the young and
talented.
