Ladies and Gentlemen,
We have concluded
another successful year in the
history of Al Habtoor Group,
despite facing all adverse
factors, like political,
economical, global war threats and
the worldwide economic recession.
I thank you all for standing with
me, fighting all the odds and
achieving this.
Over the last decade
we have made significant growth
and is today recognized as the
fastest growing group in Dubai.
Over the last twelve
years our operating profits grew
at an average rate of 36% per
annum, and has resulted in an
average growth of 44% per annum on
the value of our investments.
Many of you have
been with me during this period of
growth, especially to mention my
dear brother Riad, together with
whom I had laid the foundation of
our group 30 years back. All of
you are now part of my team and I
am sure we will continue our
successful stride towards a
brighter future.
We have our Budgets
and Business plans ready for the
year 2003 and I am confident that
all of you have already started
working towards achieving our
goals.
