Khalaf Al Habtoor congratulates a graduate with Mohammed Al Habtoor and Sultan al Habtoor at the 2001 Graduation Ceremony at the Emirates International School

H.E. the American Consul General, Thomas C. Krajeski bids farewell to Khalaf Al Habtoor as he takes a new post as deputy Director in the Office of Northern Gulf Affairs, based in Washington DC.
