Khalaf Al Habtoor met with a delegation from the Dubai Economic Council on 29 September 2016. The meeting was attended by His Excellency Hani Rashid Al Hamli, Secretary General, Dubai Economic Council and Nasser Humaid Al Suwaidi, Director of Investment. Also present was Mohammed Al Habtoor, Vice-Chairman & CEO, Al Habtoor Group and Abdul Salam Al Marzooqi, General Manager of the Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor Foundation.
They discussed the importance of the role of the Dubai Economic Council in establishing Dubai’s economic standing in the international forums.
Khalaf Al Habtoor said, “Dubai is a land of opportunity. There are so many opportunities for investors here. It is not just a tourism destination. The city of Dubai has transformed itself in recent years. It is a shining example to the rest of the world.”
