They discussed the possibility of Dr Victor setting up a clinic in Dubai at Al Habtoor City. Dr Victor is a world- renowned dermatology and stem cell doctor who is based on Park Avenue in New York. He has developed groundbreaking procedures and products to help people look their best and feel their best using innovative techniques, and has gained considerable renown in the field of Dermatology, pioneering some of the most effective and interesting treatments in skin rejuvenation today. Al Habtoor said, “Al Habtoor City is a fantastic location as it is on the main artery in the city, located in a prime location on Sheikh Zayed Road. At any one time there could be up to 20,000 people in Al Habtoor City alone, in the three hotels, and three residential towers.” He added, “I always say that Dubai is the land of opportunity.
