Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor, Chairman of the Al Habtoor Group welcomed a delegation from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Najd Club. The delegation, which included the Club President Abdullah Ibrahim Al-Mazyad, Saleh Husainan, Secretary-General; Abdulaziz Al-Essa, Member of the Board, and Nasser Al Araj, PR Officer, visited Al Habtoor at his office on Al Wasl Road on Thursday November 6, 2014. Also present was Sultan Al Habtoor, President, Al Habtoor Motors, and Ziad Ida, Community Relations and Safety Officer.
The delegation came to Dubai to personally thank Al Habtoor for his support and contribution to youth and the general community as a whole. Najd Club in Hawtah Sudair, focuses on youth welfare through sport. The group briefed the Chairman on sporting activities carried out at the club, and discussed potential collaboration between KSA and the United Arab Emirates.
The President of the Najd Club gave Al Habtoor a honourary membership to the club and made an open invitation for him to visit. They also presented him with a trophy of their appreciation for his commitment to humanity.
Al Habtoor actively supports many charities through his Foundation, the Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor Foundation (KAHF). The KAHF helps people in need in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the wider region, as well as people impacted by natural disasters or political turbulence abroad.
