The Metropolitan Hotel recently opened it’s new restaurant, aiming to serve to classic dishes in an elegant and luxurious setting. Named The Bray, after an area on the River Thames in London, the restaurant is proving to be popular and is already building a regular clientele who are praising the relaxed atmosphere and attention to detail. The Bray is open for dinner seven nights a week.
