Al Habtoor is the benefactor of the Medical Simulation Center, a firstclass, fully-equipment medical training center for healthcare professionals in a simulated environment, and with no risk to patients. The KAHMSC is the first of its kind in the UAE. The center consists of two high-fidelity operating rooms, featuring functioning adult and pediatric intensive care and operating room equipment as well as an Intensive Care Unit/Post-Anaesthesia Care Unit, patient care rooms, a ward environment and a maternity room. In addition is has a pre-hospital training facility for simulated trauma.
